| Absconder evading arrest for last 10 years arrested | | | Early Times Report
REASI, Dec 13: District Police Reasi apprehended one absconder, who was evading arrest since 2013. Absconder namely Raghubir Singh S/O Ganga Singh R/O Sarna Tehsil Katra, District Reasi absconding since 2013 in case FIR No. 243/2013 U/S 279/337 IPC of Police Station Katra has been arrested by Police Party of P/S Katra. The arrest was made by a team led by SHO Katra.
Accused person evaded arrest by disguising and changing locations and couldn't be apprehended since registration of Case FIR against him.
During investigation case was proved & chargesheet produced against him in court of law in the year 2013. Hon'ble Court of Sub-Judge JMIC Katra has issued a General Warrant U/S 512 of Arrest against him. |
