The collaboration aims to provide superior VoLTE services with faster call connectivity and crystal-clear sound quality. Vi has implemented Anritsu's VoLTE monitoring solution, offering improved efficiency in detecting and resolving VoLTE service issues. The partnership includes: Superior VoLTE Experience: Faster call connectivity and high-quality sound. Efficiency Improvement: Faster detection and resolution of VoLTE service issues. Enhanced Insights: Detailed view of VoLTE service-specific insights. Prioritization: Resolution of issues based on subscriber impact and severity. VoLTE is a complex architecture with multiple nodes and interfaces, making issue detection and isolation challenging. Anritsu's solution provides enhanced visibility across VoLTE dimensions, such as subscribers, devices, network nodes, codecs, and cell-ids. The real-time anomaly detection on VoLTE has reduced the mean time to resolution of issues by 30%. Jagbir Singh, Chief Technology Officer at Vi, highlighted the benefits of real-time anomaly detection in proactively identifying and diagnosing customer-impacting issues, significantly improving the VoLTE experience for subscribers.
