Vi has implemented Anritsu's VoLTE monitoring solution, offering improved efficiency in detecting and resolving VoLTE service issues. The partnership includes: Superior VoLTE Experience: Faster call connectivity and high-quality sound. Efficiency Improvement:
Faster detection and resolution of VoLTE service issues. Enhanced Insights: Detailed view of VoLTE service-specific insights. Prioritization: Resolution of issues based on subscriber impact and severity.
VoLTE is a complex architecture with multiple nodes and interfaces, making issue detection and isolation challenging. Anritsu's solution provides enhanced visibility across VoLTE dimensions, such as subscribers, devices, network nodes, codecs, and cell-ids. The real-time anomaly detection on VoLTE has reduced the mean time to resolution of issues by 30%. Jagbir Singh, Chief Technology Officer at Vi, highlighted the benefits of real-time anomaly detection in proactively identifying and diagnosing customer-impacting issues, significantly improving the VoLTE experience for subscribers. The partnership aims to extend these improvements to other services, including International Roaming. Ralf Iding, CEO of Anritsu Service Assurance, expressed delight in collaborating with Vi to improve VoLTE network and service experiences. Anritsu's ML-based solution leverages closed-loop automation for end-to-end VoLTE visualization, aligning with Vi's business objectives. The partnership aims to support Vi's commitment to delivering a superior experience to subscribers as they transition to 5G.
