BJP's motto to take schemes of Modi led Govt to doorstep of people: Randhawa

JAMMU, Dec 18: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa said that the motto of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is to take the schemes of the Modi led Government at the doorstep of the people.
He stated this while interacting with the
people during Booth Jan Samvad programme in Panchayat Hakkal of RS Pura Jammu South Assembly segment.
The meeting was organised to raise awareness among the people about the schemes and policies launched by the Central Government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Ayodhya Gupta J&K UT Secretary, Vijay Sharma Mandal President Ex.Sarpanch, Sahil Mahajan, Ravinder Charak, Ved Parkash, Ramesh Kumar, Narinder Singh, Pushkar Sharma, Suraj Parkash, Inder Khajuria, Ashok Sharma, Santosh Kumari, Capt Rajinder Singh and many others were present.
On the occasion, the people apprised the visiting leaders about various development works to be carried out in their area.
Former Legislator gave a patient hearing to the issues raised by the people and assured them to take up the same with the concerned authorities for early redressal.
Former legislator informed the people that various flagship schemes were launched by the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi including Ayushman Health Card, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY), Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, etc for the benefit of the common masses.
"During the 9 year tenure, people especially poor have been immensely benefitted from the schemes launched by the Modi led Government", Randhawa said and appealed to the people to extend their full support to Narendra Modi led Government in the forthcoming elections in 2024.
Former Legislator while referring to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi about Jammu and Kashmir said that while the economically marginallised segments of the society have been brought under Ayushman Bharat scheme as part of health for all across the country, it has been made applicable as Ayushman Sehat in the Union Territory with benefits of Rs 5 lakh medical cover to every family without any economic slab.
"Central Government is providing Rs 6000 per year to a farmer family, which the successive Governments in the Centre failed during their tenures", he said, adding that Prime Minister realised the problems of the farmers and initiated Prahan Mantri Kissan Samman Nidhi.
Former Legislator and other leaders also interacted with the beneficiaries of the schemes launched by the Modi led Government.
"If any genuine person had not been benefitted from the Central Govenmeny schemes, steps will be taken to provide benefit to him or her", Randhawa assured.
The people also assured the visiting leaders gof their support to Modi led Government in the forthcoming elections as they were also of the view that Narendra Modi led Central Government has launched many schemes for the benefit of the masses.
