Early Times Report SAMBA, Dec 19: In a commendable display of dedication and efficiency, the Samba Police have successfully traced and reunited a total of 132 missing persons, including 91 females, over the past eleven months. The recent accomplishment involves the tracing of four missing females from Punjab, Kashmir, and other far-off places, who have now been joyfully reunited with their families. The families of the missing individuals, including three girls and one young married woman, had sought assistance from the police, prompting an immediate response. The police, led by various teams from Police Stations and Police Posts, initiated a rigorous search operation to locate the missing persons. The missing females were successfully recovered from locations including Batala (Punjab), Pulwama, Kathua, and other areas. The reports of their disappearances had been filed at Police Station Ghagwal, Police Station Ramgarh, Police Post Rakh Amb Talli, and Police Post Rajpura. Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Benam Tosh, expressed his appreciation for the hard work and sincerity exhibited by the police force in ensuring the swift recovery of missing persons. He emphasized the commitment of the police to reunite families with their loved ones within the shortest possible period.
