VBSY Sparks enthusiasm & awareness across Kathua 12/22/2023 10:48:03 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, Dec 22: Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY), an initiative to spread awareness about the flagship schemes of the government and to showcase the transformation brought about by these initiatives, has been propelling empowerment in Kathua. Today the yatra traversed through Panchayats Mahi Chak, Boura, Nihalpur and Terhera in Block Barnoti besides Dungara Lower, Dungara Upper in Block Mandli. During the Yatra, Viksit Bharat Rath, an IEC van was used to disseminate information about various government schemes, which has helped increase awareness among the masses.
