VBSY makes significant strides across panchayats in Kathua

KATHUA, Dec 26: The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) achieved remarkable progress in Kathua with the impactful presence of the Special IEC Van today.
This initiative reached out to various areas, including Panchayat Mahanpur-A, Nowshera, Chunera, Dhamlar in Tehsil Mahanpur, Derli, Rajwalta, Kah and Kandharnoo in Nagrota Gujroo, as well as Govindsar-A, Dilwan, and Changran in Tehsil Kathua.
The IEC Van effectively showcased Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Call to Action, aiming to encourage local residents to contribute to the advancement of the nation. The response from the community was overwhelming, with residents enthusiastically embracing the Sankalp pledge, affirming their commitment to the country's growth and development.
Line department representatives actively engaged with the public during the event, taking the opportunity to explain various government schemes and distributing informative material. This interaction empowered the community with knowledge and understanding of the initiatives undertaken by the government for their welfare.
Furthermore, the public availed themselves of free healthcare services provided under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, showcasing the success stories and impact of the program through 'Mari Kahaani Meri Zubaani'.
The VBSY continues to make substantial strides in Kathua, aligning with the government's vision and mission to empower and uplift every citizen.
During his address today at VBSY Event at Panchayat Dhamlar in Block Mahanpur, DDC Chairman Mahan Singh expressed his joy at the tremendous response to the Yatra.
He emphasized that the enthusiastic participation from the residents of Kathua District showcased their united determination to embrace and benefit from the government's initiatives.
Singh also highlighted that the VBSY provided a vital platform for effective communication and interaction, making sure that every community can be positively impacted by the transformative schemes.
The success of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Kathua District stands as a testament to the commitment of the government towards reaching every individual and ensuring the inclusive development of the nation.
