SAMBA, Dec 28: The 7-day Ratkhada Mela commenced today at the historic Shree Narsingh Dhaam Temple Ghagwal, a revered pilgrimage site that attracts thousands of devotees each year. DDC Chairman Samba, Keshav Dutt Sharma, Vice Chairman Balwan Singh, SSP Samba Benam Tosh, ADC Samba Suresh Chander and Addl.
