| 03 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police. | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 5: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS Akhnoor, PS Jhajjar Kotli and PP Sidhra acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 03 vehicles involved in illegal mining.
Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
One Tractor Trolley bearing Registration No JK02CB-4543, by PS Akhnoor.
One Dumper bearing Registration No JK14C 4974, by PS Jhajjar Kotli.
One Tractor Trolley bearing Chassis No WSTA30428150299, by PP Sidhra.
The recoveries were made by SHO PS Akhnoor, SHO PS Jhajjar Kotli and I/C PP Sidhra in their respective jurisdiction.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon'ble High Court of J&k.
In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
