Today, senior BJP leader Devender Singh Rana spearheaded a cleanliness initiative, Swachh Teerath Abhiyan, at the historic Kol Kandoli Temple. This drive is part of the BJP's nationwide effort preceding the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Emphasizing the importance of maintaining sacred spaces, Rana urged devotees to consider cleanliness not just a physical aspect but a reflection of devotion.
Addressing the gathering, Rana highlighted the BJP's commitment to promoting cleanliness as a way of life, encouraging people to set an example by making temples not just places of worship but models of cleanliness. He also participated in Kanya Poojan and Havan on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, symbolizing the end of winter solstice and the beginning of warmer days.
Rana extended greetings for Makar Sankranti, expressing hope that the festival would bring joy, prosperity, and unity.
