Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 14:

Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta on Sunday appealed to the Muslim community for unity against anti-national elements to foster communal brotherhood.
In a statement issued to media persons, the BJP stalwart from J&K said that to ensure camaraderie and solidarity, which are prerequisite for developed India, it is imperative that everyone, irrespective of religious affiliations must unite against elements that pose a threat to the nation’s integrity.
The senior BJP leader, known for promoting inclusivity and national unity, conveyed a message urging Muslims in India to refrain from supporting any anti-national activities or entities.
He said that his plea underscores the significance of collective efforts to build a harmonious society where every citizen, regardless of religious background, plays a role in preserving the nation’s unity and integrity.
The senior party functionary stressed on the importance of dispelling misunderstandings and building bridges of trust to strengthen the fabric of the nation.
Kavinder, while batting for a united and cohesive India, where citizens stand together against divisive forces, said by fostering an environment of trust and understanding, the diverse communities within the country can work collaboratively for the nation’s progress.
He expressed optimism about the power of unity, asserting that collective efforts to denounce anti-national elements would contribute significantly to building a stronger, more resilient India where communal brotherhood prevails.
Earlier, citing the remarks made by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh that Ayodhya has finally received the honour it deserved and should have been given immediately after independence, Kavinder accused Congress and few other parties for delay in construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
He also endorsed the remark by the Defence Minister that Ayodhya is for Hindus what Mecca is for Muslims and Jerusalem for Christians.
He said if members of Muslim community would shun supporting anti-national elements and start contributing in nation building then sooner than later, the country will attain the status of Vishav Guru.
He said Muslims are also part and parcel of the country and therefore they should also strengthen the hands of PM Narendra Modi for the overall development and up-liftment of all the communities which could not thrive due to discriminatory dispensations ruling the country in the last over 70 decades
