05 days Course on “Official working/Basic Computer” commenced at Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur in which 33 Police personnel including NGOs of Police Headquarters are participating. Shri Dushyant Sharma, SSP, Principal, PTTI Vijaypur formally inaugurated the course, who while briefing the trainees told that in pursuance to the directions received from Police Headquarters, this five days Basic Computer course has been designed with a motive to familiarize Police . personnel with official working and to refresh them with basic knowledge of computers in order to sharpen their skills and increase working capabilities. Besides this, Principal also inaugurated 06 weeks “Disaster Management Course” in which Police personnel of various units of Police Department are participating. While briefing the trainees, Principal told that earlier the duration of this course was of 05 weeks which from the instant course has been increased by one more week by Police Headquarters on the request put forth by this Institution with a motive to enhance the capabilities of trainees by exploring them to make use of latest gadgets and machinery. He laid stress on the emerging challenges and emphasized to adopt professionalism and innovative methods in rescue operations during natural calamities, accidents and other untoward incidents. Among others Shri Zia-Ul-Haq Dy.SP (Outdoor), Shri Khushwant Singh, Dy.SP (Admn.), Shri Surinder paul, Dy.SP (Indoor/Tech.), Shri Asif Iqbal, Sr.PO, Inspr. Surinder Singh (CDI), Inspr. Vivek Kalsotra, Inspr. Ram Lal (CLI), Inspr. Bhopinder Singh, Inspr. Kanwal Raina, Inspr. Himanshu Dutta (CTI), SI Veer Ji Bazaz, SI Susheel Sharma and others were present on these occasions. |
