WAKNAGHAT, Feb 2: The Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Department at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, organized a two-day training workshop on Robotic Setup in collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt. Ltd. on January 29-30, 2024.
The collaboration between the ECE Department at JUIT Waknaghat and Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt. Ltd. was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in April 2022. As part of this partnership, Mitsubishi Electric India provided the university with Mitsubishi Factory Automation Student Learning Set-Ups, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Inverter, Human Machine Interface (HMI), and Servo Motors. In December 2023, Mitsubishi Electric India further contributed to JUIT by providing an Industrial Robot Set-Up, enhancing students' knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation.
