SAMBA, Feb 17: District Legal Services Authority Samba, under the aegis of J&K Legal Services Authority, organized a Special Lok Adalat of Cheque Bounce Cases on 17th of February 2024 in the District Court Complex Samba. The said Special Lok Adalat was organized under the Chairmanship of Adnan Sayeed, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Samba. A Special bench for Cheque Bounce cases was constituted, comprising Preet Simran K. Grover (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samba )and Himani Parihar (Munsiff, Samba). A total number of 36 Cases were taken up by this bench for amicable settlement, Out of which 17 Cases were settled, with a settled amount of 1,95,17,289.46/-. |
