Early Times Report KATHUA, Mar 4: Government Degree College (Boys) Kathua witnessed a dynamic confluence of civic engagement and intellectual discourse as NSS Units, in collaboration with the Department of Commerce, organized a Symposium and Pledge ceremony under the "Mera Pehla Vote, Desh ke liye" campaign. Guided by the esteemed Principal of the college, Professor Seema Mir, the event aimed to instill a sense of civic responsibility among the student populace.
