| Cyber Crime investigation unit recovers online defrauded money amounting Rs 45,000 | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Mar 16: In a statement issued by Doda Police it was told that Cybercrime Investigation Unit of District Police Doda has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to combating cybercrime by successfully solving a case and recovering online defrauded money amounting Rs. 45,000/-
While giving details Police said that the unit received a complaint from Khalid Abrar S/O Mohd Abdullah R/O Bharat, Doda about an online defrauded amount of Rs. 45,000/- .
During the investigation, the cyber investigation team, led by PSI Ankush Nagra I/C Cyber crime Investigation Unit Doda, exhibited hectic efforts and advanced technical skills which ultimately led to the successful recovery of defrauded amount of Rs. 45,000/-.
This achievement underscores the unit's expertise, dedication, and tireless efforts in safeguarding the common citizens against online fraud and cheating.
SSP Doda, Javaid Iqbal-JKPS,* reiterated his appeal to the general public to remain extra vigilant and report promptly to the National Helpline number 1930 or PCR Doda if any . suspicious call online cheating is noticed.
