| Absconder nabbed by police in Nowshera | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Mar 16: Police in Nowshera sub division of Rajouri has nabbed an absconder who was wanted in a case but was evading his arrest.
The absconder is identified as Balkar Singh son of Surjeet Singh resident of Nonial, Nowshera.
He was declared an absconder U/Ss 512 CrPC (Now 299 CrPC) on 22.07.2022 in case FIR No 13/2014 U/Ss 498-A RPC.
A general warrant was also issued against the absconder by JMIC Nowshera.
Police team headed by SHO Nowshera arrested the absconder from National Highway NH144A Rajal and has been produced before the Hon'ble court. |
