Police solves theft case, recovers stolen property

Jammu, Mar 17: On 11.01.2024, Fir No. 11/2024 U/S 379 ipc was registered regarding the theft of auto jk08-9072 lodged by one Rishi Pal Singh R/O Nanak Nagar Jammu,which was parked by him outside his residence on 25.12.2023.
During the course of investigation under the guidance of sho gandhinagar suspects were rounded up, during sustained questioning the stolen.
Vehicle amounting to Rs *2.18* Lakh was recovered on the disclosure of accused person namely Sunny Kumar R/O Bhawani Nagar Talab Tillo Jammu. The thief was accordingly arrested and stolen property recovered.
People have appreciated the efforts of Jammu police.
