| Samba police seizes 3 dumpers for illegal mining | | |

SAMBA, Mar 20: Continuing its drive against illegal mining in the district, Samba Police has seized three dumpers in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ghagwal and Police Station Samba which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.
A Police team of Police Station Ghagwal headed by SHO PS Ghagwal while performing vehicle checking duty at NHW naka Tapyal has seized two dumpers bearing registration Nos JK21E-3737 and JK08K-3535 for illegal mining/transportation of construction material in the area.
Similarly, a Police party of Police Station Samba headed by SHO PS Samba during patrolling in its jurisdictional area has seized a dumper bearing regd. No. JK08K-5812 for illegal mining/transportation in the area.
The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further action. |
