India Bloc set to win all LS seats in J&K: Rattan Lal Gupta
3/20/2024 10:11:54 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 20: Rattan Lal Gupta, National Conference Provincial President Jammu on Wednesday asserted that BJP is bound to face a big shock in Jammu Province as India Bloc is all set to decimate the Saffron Brigade in all Lok Sabha seats in Jammu and Kashmir.
In a statement issued to media persons, the senior leader of NC party said his party is already on saddle and leading the fight to restore all the fundamental and democratic rights of the people snatched away by the 'draconian' central dispensation in one way or the other.
Forecasting a major setback for the BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the senior NC leader said that his party is at central stage to ensure once again the restoration of democratic rights and the basic amenities to the people of the Jammu region as the party in power in the centre has created dismal condition in its ten years misrule depriving one and all from living a life with dignity and pride. He said that the situation is so critical that people had to knock the doors of the Apex court for restoring democracy in J&K by holding free and fair elections for the Assembly. Mr Gupta accused the J&K Government of sabotaging the process of conducting Lok Sabha and Assembly elections simultaneously inspite of facts that almost all the political parties of the Jammu and Kashmir categorically demanded the assembly election of J&K simultaneously with Lok Sabha elections when they met CEC at Srinagar on 12 March, 2024. He said that NC is committed to protect the land and jobs rights of J&K the people and in this pursuit the party will go to any extent as its ideology is against any kind of compromise when it comes to the rights of the people. He said contrary to BJP leadership's attempts to set wrong narratives alleging fissures in India Bloc constituents in J&K, the Lok Sabha contest shall be India Bloc versus BJP, and the crushing defeat for the Saffron party is its fate this time.
Gupta however, asked the NC cadre to act proactively at the grassroots level because it is the crucial phase ahead of LS Polls and their hard work on ground will help the India Bloc to achieve gigantic margins in the victory showing the opponents their right place.
