| Police seize 49 bottles of illicit liquor, arrest bootlegger in Kanachak | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 26: An information was received at Police Station Kana Chak regarding one bootlegger selling illicit liquor in Dheran area under the jurisdiction of PS Kanachak. Police team of PS Kanacak led by SHO Kana Chak Inspector Sham Lal during search of said person recovered 49 Bottles of JK Special Whisky illicit liquor from his possession.
In this regard, case FIR No. 46/2024 U/S 48(F) Excise Act stands registered at PS Kanachak and accused person arrested. The accused person was later identified as Gulshan Kumar S/O Rattan Lal R/O Dheran Bhalwal,Kana Chak Jammu.
Further investigation of the case is going on. |
