Country under PM Modi touched new heights of progress: Khatana
4/14/2024 10:10:12 PM

Early Times Report

KISHTWAR, Apr 11: Senior BJP leader and Member of Parliament (RS), Gulam Ali Khatana has said that the country under the government led by PM Modi in the last 10 years has touched new heights of progress which has taken the entire world by surprise while at home this historic progress has not only closed the shop of Congress but has also pushed the oldest political party of the country to the phase of complete collapse.
Khatana was addressing public meetings at Patnazi, Pathshalla and Bhagran Sarthal in Kishtwar while campaigning for the Lok Sabha candidate of BJP from Kathua-Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency, Dr. Jitendra Singh.
The MP RS said that Congress in its long rule over the country has only added to the miseries of the public and concentrated on the welfare of Gandhi family only while PM Modi during the last 10 years of rule has worked on the principle of “Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vikas” which has fulfilled the aspiration of common public in the country.
“Now the people of the country have realised that only PM Modi can ensure progress and peace in the country and for that BJP will surely get more than 400 seats on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections for which Jammu and Kashmir will contribute all of its 5 seats and Ladakh Union Territory will add its one seat to it,” Khatana maintained.
He informed that the BJP manifesto released today further continues with “Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vikas”.
“We at BJP have a legacy of 10 years and a vision for another 25 years,” the firebrand BJP leader said adding: “During the long inning of Congress on chair, India remained at a much low place as far as developed nations are concerned but as PM Modi took the affairs of the country in his hands, our nation rose to the 5th place and with positive developments and public support to the BJP, our country will reach the third place very soon.”
The BJP leader said be it space research, technology, telecom sector etc today India is not only competing but is ahead of many western nations like USA, UK etc.
“Though we will remain in top three countries in global manufacturing, the world has recognised our strength during COVID-19 pandemic when India manufactured its own vaccine,” he continued.
Khatana cautioned the people of J&K for not falling into the false propaganda and self-centric political parties like National Conference (NC), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Congress.
He urged the voters to think properly before casting votes and while voting keep in mind that your vote should work to ensure progress and peace in the country.
