Rajesh Dwivedi. The event received the honor of presence from the Honourable Chairman of VMC, Brig. Tejender Choudhary from 401 Arty Brigade, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The chief guest honored student and teacher achievers of the session 2023-24 with prizes and certificates of appreciation. In his address, Brig.
