Jammu, May 3: Central Administrative Tribunal Jammu Bench stayed an order of Chief Education Officer Kishtwar and allowed the Regularized RET teacher to continue at her present place of posting at
HSS Trigam on medical grounds.
Hon’ble, Judicial Member CAT, Rajinder Singh Dogra passed the order in a case
titled Tehseena Begum V/s U.T of J&K & others.
The bench stayed the the order No.CEO/K/Legal/2024/1220-1228 dated 26.04.2024 passed by CEO Kishtwar, whereby claim of applicant Tehseena Begum, regularized RET Teacher for continuation in HSS Trigam on medical grounds was rejected and she was directed to repatriate to her original place of posting at Govt. High School, Bissanwali Zone Drabshalla. The applicant through her counsel Advocate Faheem Shokat Butt invoked the jurisdiction of CAT Jammu Bench whereby she sought quashment of order impugned dated 26.04.2024 passed by Chief Education Officer, Kishtwar.
The Hon’ble CAT Tribunal stayed the operation of order impugned dated 26.04.2024 and directed the respondents to file reply and listed the matter on 12.07.2024. |
