Early Times Report JAMMU, May 8: Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board, took center stage at the Inam Conference held at the Shrine Complex of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah (RA) during her tour to Rajouri. Emphasizing the pivotal role of religious preachers in society, Dr. Andrabi highlighted the importance of propagating peace, inclusivity, and morality. In her address, Dr. Andrabi underscored the responsibility of religious preachers in raising awareness about Sufi teachings among the youth. She emphasized the need to combat divisive ideologies, drug abuse, violence, and hatred by continuously educating the younger generation. Dr. Andrabi's initiative was further highlighted by her introduction of the smart machinery initiative of the Waqf Board at the renowned Sufi shrine of Shahdara Sharief. Additionally, she engaged with various public delegations, including representatives from the Pahari Community and Gujjar & Bakerwal Welfare Forum, showcasing her commitment to grassroots engagement.
