Early Times Report JAMMU, May 18: With profound grief and sorrow, the Ladakh Taekwondo Association got the news of the demise of Shri Devki Nandan Pangotra, Advocate (JK High Court, Jammu), former President of the Taekwondo Federation of India, and father of our esteemed Coach, Master Atul Pangotra. In honor of his memory, a condolence meeting was held at Munshi Habibullah Mission School Kargil. The meeting was chaired by Gulzar Hussain Munshi, President of the Ladakh Taekwondo Association, and attended by General Secretary Anayat Ali Shotopa, Vice President Syed Mohd Shah, AD MHMS Kargil Sarwar Hussian Munshi, Chief Technical Official Nissar Hussain Balkhani, Cashier Mohd Ali Baghi, IR Zaheer Abass Khan, Coach Mohd Ali, Sadiq Ali, Principal MHMS and other members. Gulzar Hussain Munshi expressed his deep sorrow over the passing of Devki Nandan Pangotra, acknowledging his unwavering support for Taekwondo players in Ladakh, both during his time in the erstwhile J&K State and his tenure as President of the Taekwondo Federation of India. Munshi conveyed heartfelt condolences to Master Atul Pangotra and his family, offering prayers for the eternal peace of the deceased. As a mark of respect, the attendees observed two minutes of silence to honor the memory of Devki Nandan Pangotra. |
