DODA, May 24: Continuing its initiatives against traffic violations, Doda Police organised a special traffic awareness drive in Gandoh area of District Doda. In this awareness programme, Bus and mini-Bus drivers were urged to install CCTV cameras in their vehicles for enhanced safety measures. Additionally, helpline numbers for reporting traffic violations were prominently displayed in passenger vehicles, with passengers briefed on identifying and reporting violations such as overloading and reckless driving. This proactive efforts aims to promote adherence to traffic regulations and ensure the safety of all road users.
Mentionable here that District Police Doda has been organizing a number of awareness programmes throughout the District against traffic violations as efforts to avoid road accidents. |
