GDCW Kathua hosts entrepreneurship awareness lecture by JKEDI | | | Early Times Report KATHUA, June 6: Government Degree College for Women, Kathua under the patronage of Principal, Dr. Savi Behl, organized an awareness lecture on entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) today. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members alike. The awareness lecture aimed to inspire and educate students about the various opportunities and resources available for aspiring entrepreneurs. Distinguished representative from JKEDI, Hari Bhushan, District Coordinator JKEDI Kathua was the resource person on the occasion. He shared valuable insights into the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including business planning, funding options, and the support infrastructure provided by JKEDI. In his talk, Bhushan emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and job creation. The lecture covered essential aspects of starting and managing a business, highlighting the steps involved in transforming innovative ideas into successful enterprises. Dr. Savi Behl, in her address said "Government Degree College for Women, Kathua, continues to strive towards providing its students with opportunities to learn and grow beyond the conventional curriculum. This awareness lecture is part of a series of initiatives aimed at empowering students with the skills and knowledge necessary for their overall development.
