Early Times Report KISHTWAR, June 19: In a significant achievement, Jammu and Kashmir Police in Kishtwar district apprehended an absconder who had been on the run for the past six years, reaffirming their commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the community. Senior Superintendent of Police Kishtwar divulging the details said that District Police Kishtwar developed information about the absconder, namely Chander Prakash son of Yashpal resident of Chamoti Drabshalla. Upon this, a team was constituted led by SHO PS Kishtwar, under the supervision of DySP (Hqrs). After relentless efforts, the above named absconder was apprehended who was wanted in case FIR No. 92/2018/ U/Sec. 457/380 of PS Kishtwar. Senior Superintendent of Police District Kishtwar reiterated their warnings to all absconders, urging them to surrender at the nearest police station. Otherwise, stern action under Section 82/83 Cr. PC shall be taken against them. |
