Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 12: In a significant boost to the local economy and the growing cosmopolitan culture of Jammu, Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, today inaugurated the International Brand Barista in the Greater Kailash area of Jammu. The inauguration event was graced by the presence of former MLC Vikram Randhawa, esteemed ex-Corporator Anil Kumar, and several other prominent citizens of Greater Kailash.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta expressed his appreciation for the proprietor's initiative to bring such a renowned brand to the city. He commended the effort, stating, "The opening of Barista in Greater Kailash is a testament to the evolving lifestyle and the increasing demand for high-quality services in Jammu. This not only provides a new leisure spot for residents but also generates employment opportunities and contributes to the local economy."
The senior BJP leader highlighted the transformative changes in Jammu and Kashmir post the abrogation of Article 370. "Since the historic decision to abrogate Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed unprecedented development and progress. The region is now a preferred destination for major national and international brands. The presence of these brands in Jammu, often referred to as the 'City of Temples,' signifies the growing confidence of investors and entrepreneurs in the potential of this region," he remarked.
Kavinder further elaborated on the positive impact of these developments, stating, "Under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Jammu and Kashmir has experienced remarkable growth in infrastructure, business, and tourism. The government's relentless efforts to create a conducive environment for investment have paved the way for such significant establishments. This is just the beginning, and we are poised to see many more such ventures in the near future."
The inauguration ceremony concluded with a tour of the new Barista outlet, where attendees enjoyed the premium offerings of the international coffee brand. The event was marked by a sense of optimism and enthusiasm, reflecting the broader spirit of growth and modernity sweeping through Jammu and Kashmir.
