Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 27: Shiv Sena (UBT) filed nominations from Bhaderwah, Ramban and Doda today for the first phase of Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. Today in the presence of party state chief Manish Sahni. Party candidates filed their nominations with hundreds of their supporters and drums. Party candidates Vinod Kotwal filed his nomination from Bhaderwah-51 assembly constituency, while Tilak Raj from Ramban and Tilak Shan from Doda (West) filed his nomination today. Sahni appealed to the public to make Shiv Sena (UBT) candidates win for the restoration of their rights. Sahni said that our every candidate will contest the elections with the promise of better health education facilities, anti-corruption, toll-free Jammu and Kashmir and free electricity and water, unemployment allowance, rights of PoJK displaced people, permanent jobs for daily wagers, safe return of Kashmiri Pandits etc. On this occasion Gen Secretary Vikas Bakshi, Vice president Balwant Singh and many others were present.
