| GDC Khour organizes poster making, slogan writing for SVEEP | | |

KHOUR, Sept 7: Under the aegis of SVEEP (Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation) Electoral Literacy Club & in collaboration with NSS and NCC wings of GDC Khour organized a poster making and slogan writing activity as a part of 'Democracy Wall' initiative on voter's education and electoral participation. The activity was organized with the aim to promote democratic values and increase voter's participation in the forthcoming Assembly election 2024. The NCC Cadets and NSS Volunteers along with the students from the various departments of the College participated with great enthusiasm. The students showcased their artistic talents and creativity through poster making and slogan writing, emphasizing the importance of democracy and voting. Dr. Rashmi Sharma, Convener Electoral Literacy Club encouraged the participants by highlighting the importance of voting as a responsibility and privilege. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of GDC Khour played a pivotal role in organizing the event, ensuring quality and effectiveness. The whole event was coordinated by Lt. Shivani Sharma, ANO Boys Senior Division and Prof. Himanshu Khajuria, NSS Programme Officer under the patronage of Principal Prof. (Dr.) T.K. Sharma, who is also the Nodal Officer of SVEEP, Assembly Constituency 82-Chhamb. |
