Rajouri Embraces Art of Living’s Happiness Programs

Rajouri, Sept 15: The Art of Living’s Happiness Program made a profound impact in Rajouri, engaging 88 participants in various batches from 11th to 15th September 2024.
This initiative was complemented by transformative mental health and meditation sessions, both offline and online, which significantly benefited the local community. Supported by civic leaders and dedicated AOLites, the program reached over 800 individuals, providing essential tools for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being.
Under the guidance of Art of Living teachers Vinod Ji and Rajan Sharma, participants experienced the profound benefits of Sudarshan Kriya, a globally acclaimed breathing technique.
Attendees from diverse backgroundsincluding doctors, bankers, educators, government officials, homemakers, business leaders, students, and senior citizensreported significant improvements in physical and mental health, emotional resilience, and stress management.
The initiative also featured over 80 free mental health sessions conducted across banks, schools, colleges, offices, homes, and government establishments, benefiting more than 800 individuals. These sessions addressed the increasing need for mental health support and offered practical strategies for long-term well-being.
Under the leadership of Vivek Vansal Ji and with the selfless efforts of the AOL team and local community leaders, The Art of Living has humbly served the people of Rajouri, setting a compassionate and impactful precedent for holistic health in the region.
The initiative concluded with addresses from Sh. Jai Kumar Aggarwal (Apex Member, TAOL), Prof. Rajan Salalia, and Bhagwati Prasad, State Teachers’ Coordinator (STC’s) for Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. They highlighted The Art of Living’s mission to promote a disease-free body and a stress-free mind, emphasizing the essential role of these practices in today’s demanding world
