J&K Senior Taekwondo Selection Trials held

Jammu, Sept 19: J&K Taekwondo Association (Regd) is going to conduct the Senior J&K UT Taekwondo Selection Trials (Kyorugi/Poomsae) 2024 - 25 under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI), and J&K Sports Council to be held at JKSC Gindun Sports Complex, Rajbagh, Srinagar on 29th September 2024.
The Championships is open to all Senior Men and women athletes, aged above 17 Years and Holder of KUKKIWON 1st DAN Black Belt (Register under TFI & JKTA) as per the guidelines of Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI).
JKTA Athlete License is mandatory for all athletes to participate in the above-mentioned event. No entries will be accepted without the JKTA License.
The Medalist players will Represent J&K-UT in the upcoming 40th NATIONAL SENIOR KYORUGI TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIPS and 13th NATIONAL SENIOR POOMSAE TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024 from 17th to 20th October 2024 at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, Puducherry.
It was decided unanimously by all the office bearers of J&K Taekwondo Association (Regd) in a meeting under the supervision of President J&K Taekwondo Association (Regd) Sh. Rajesh Pangotra.
Moreover, all Players are advised to report to Indoor Hall, Polo Ground, Srinagar on 28th September 2024 at 2:00 PM sharp for weigh-in along with Complete Registration forms duly signed by Parents also attached Dan Certificate, Domicile, Adhar Card, JKTA License & Date of Birth certificate issued by Municipality or the Concerned Sarpanch of the village.
