Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 19: The National Incredible Literacy Mission (NILM) J&K successfully conducted a Drug Abuse Awareness Program at Adarsh Shiva High School, Chandan Vihar Muthi , Jammu. This significant initiative aimed to educate and empower students about the dangers of drug abuse and the importance of making informed, healthy choices. During the drug abuse awareness program Rajni Koul Principal of Adarsh Shiva High School Chandan Vihar Muthi, Jammu along with Nisha Devi Vice Principal of said school and other staff including Hmanshi Sharma, Sorab Dogra ,Prarthana Sharma ,Palvi Sharma ,Diksha Raina,Anjukta Pradhan and Natasha Mehra, Neelam Sharma and Samridhi Manhas remain present . R S Thakur Project Director of NILM J&K, inaugurated the program with a compelling speech highlighting the critical need for awareness and prevention. "Educating our youth about the risks associated with drug abuse is crucial for fostering a healthier, more resilient generation. We hope this program will empower students to make positive decisions and seek help if needed," said R S Thakur. The goal of the event was to provide students with essential knowledge and practical tools to recognize, avoid, and address drug abuse issues. |
