Gulam Ali Khatana, extended heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah Ji on the peaceful and successful conclusion of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. In statement Khatana said that despite various challenges, the elections concluded without violence, it was a significant achievement for democracy in the region. "I congratulate the Hon'ble Prime Minister and Home Minister for the smooth and peaceful conduct of the assembly elections," he stated, emphasizing the dedication of the security forces who thwarted attempts by anti-national elements to disrupt the process. He noted that the record voter turnout in both Jammu and Kashmir reflects the people's active and fearless participation in the democratic process. Commenting on the election results, Er. Khatana remarked that while the alliance reached the majority mark to form the government, BJP led in terms of overall vote percentage, highlighting the party's strong support base. "Under the dynamic leadership of PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP has scripted a history in Haryana," he said, adding that voters in Haryana have reaffirmed their faith in BJP with a decisive third-term victory.
