National College of Education organized induction programme for BEd students | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 10: The Induction Programme for the newly enrolled students of the B.Ed programme (Session 2024-26) was held today i.e. on 10th of October, 2024. The event aimed to acquaint the students with the college environment, faculty and the various aspects of their chosen B.Ed programme. Yashumati Jamwal, Senior Faculty of National College of Education, warmly welcomed the students, setting a hospitable and engaging atmosphere for the induction. She extended heartfelt congratulations to the students for opting to pursue teacher education programme. She highlighted the professional nature of the B.Ed course and encouraged the students to actively engage both in academic and professional development throughout their two years journey. The faculty members introduced themselves and provided an orientation to their respective subjects. This session allowed the students to become acquainted with their educators and different courses they will be studying. Newly enrolled students introduced themselves and shared their motivation for choosing the teacher education programme. The event concluded with closing remarks from Er. Ajay Singh Jamwal (Dean Administration) appreciated the student's choice of teaching profession and highlighted the importance of quality education. Vote of thanks was delivered by Neetu Sharma. She extended the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all individuals who contributed to the success of Induction Programme. Other faculty members Aneesha Jamwal, Meenakshi Sharma, Puja Gupta, Kusum Lata and Abhinav Sharma were also present on the occasion. |
