| DDC Shopian visits NH- 444 sites | | |

SHOPIAN, Oct 14: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar today visited various areas of Shopian including Nowgam, Vehil, Awand, Dachpora, Sharadpora and Habdipora and interacted with the people of these villages with regard to land acquisition process for NH-444.
The National Highway-444 is an alternate Highway to NH-44. The steps required for removing the bottlenecks and compensation for land of people of these areas coming under land acquisition process was also discussed on the occasion while interacting with the people of these villages.
