Jammu, Oct 24: A meeting of POJK displaced persons from 1947 was held at Adarsh Enclave, Gadi Garh, Jammu, under the chairmanship of Inderjeet Sharma, founder of the POJK (DP’s) Welfare Association. The gathering paid a heartfelt tribute to the 1947 martyrs, lighting Diyas in their memory.
Participants from various regions, including Sadnoti, Bagh, and Palandri, honored their ancestors. Inderjeet Sharma emphasized the importance of remembering the sacrifices of their forefathers and called on the Poonchi Biradri to continue honoring their legacy. |
