Early Times Report REASI, Nov 8: The Indian Army's medical patrol in Shikari, Reasi, was a wonderful initiative to win the hearts and minds of the local populace. The team conducted medical check-ups for the local residents and distributed medicines as needed. They even went door-to-door to check on the health of the elderly and children, and provided essential vitamin supplements to women. This noble event benefited a total of 106 families in Shikari and helped create awareness and provide assistance to the local community. Conducting such social welfare events in remote border villages can help foster strong between local residents and Indian Army. |
