HIRANAGAR, Nov 14: Govt. Model Higher Secondary School Hiranagar celebrated Guru Parv with enthusiasm under the guidance of Principal Sumesh Gupta. The event featured an inter-house debate on "Teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji," with participation from all four houses. Nandani Sharma from Wisdom House secured first place, Sania from Wellbeing House took second, and Kartik Sharma from Eco House placed third.
Political Science Lecturer Satvir Kour highlighted the life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Principal Gupta praised the efforts of students and staff and encouraged everyone to follow Guru Nanak's teachings. The celebration concluded with prize distribution and the serving of traditional halwa to all attendees. |
