Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 15: In a step towards building a drug-free society, JKSPYM SLCA J&K organized a one-day training program for Master Volunteers in Ramban district under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA). The event, held in collaboration with NISD, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, and District Administration, Ramban, witnessed participation from key officials, including DSWO Rahul Gupta and TSWO Shahbaz Mohammad. Expressing concern over the rising substance abuse among the youth in Jammu and Kashmir, DSWO Rahul Gupta urged volunteers to make the most of this training and work towards mitigating the issue. The program, introduced by Pallavi Singh, Program Director of JKSPYM, featured four detailed sessions led by SLCA resource persons. Topics included: Understanding Drugs and Their Consequences Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan at the District Level Intervention Strategies for Drug Treatment and Prevention Roles of Master Volunteers in NMBA
