Early Times Report KATRA, Nov 18: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) hosted a National Workshop on "CSR Activities for Educational Enrichment of Students", organized by the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The workshop aimed at exploring how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives can enhance educational opportunities and outcomes for students. The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Gaurav Bali, a distinguished corporate trainer from Lovely Professional University (LPU), who discussed the transformative role of CSR in education. He was joined by Mr. Varun from LPU, whose insights added depth to the session. Over 150 students attended the event, which provided an interactive platform for collaboration and learning. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Anil Kumar Bhardwaj and Dr. Vikram Singh, with Dr. Vijay Kumar Sharma and Dr. Purnima Hazra as co-coordinators. The organizing team, led by Dr. Manish Sabraj, ensured the smooth execution of the event.
