Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 18: In a significant move towards enhancing local infrastructure and addressing civic issues, Sham Lal Sharma, MLA Jammu North and Former Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, laid the foundation stones for two crucial development projects in Lane No. 7, Anand Nagar, and Lane No. 5, Saraswati Vihar, located in Ward No. 61. These projects, which focus on the construction of lanes and drains, are aimed at improving connectivity and resolving the persistent problem of waterlogging in the area. During the foundation-laying ceremony, Sharma emphasized the critical role of grassroots infrastructure in improving the quality of life for residents. "The construction of lanes and drains may seem basic, but it is a vital step in the overall development of any region," he remarked. "These projects will address longstanding issues such as poor drainage and connectivity, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment for the residents."
