Akhnoor, Dec 1 : Param Sant Kabir Sabha Akhnoor hosted a grand felicitation ceremony to honor the newly elected MLA, Mohan Lal Bhagat. The event was attended by a distinguished group of individuals, including Sabha President Ram Saran, Vice President Lal Chand, Dev Raj Bhagat, Kamal Swaroop, Captain Sat Pal, General Secretary Mangal Das Manmar, Treasurer Captain Ram Das, KC Bhagat, former Sarpanch Jagdish Bhagat, and other esteemed members.
The ceremony was presided over by Sabha President Ram Saran, with General Secretary Mangal Das anchoring the event.
In his address, MLA Mohan Lal Bhagat expressed his sincere gratitude to the Sabha for the honor. He assured the attendees of his commitment to the region’s development and emphasized his resolve to serve society diligently. “The trust and affection shown by Param Sant Kabir Sabha have further strengthened my determination to fulfill my responsibilities," said Bhagat.
Sabha President Ram Saran, speaking on the occasion, expressed immense pride in the election of Mohan Lal as their MLA. He conveyed confidence that under his leadership, the Akhnoor region would see remarkable progress. “Guided by the principles of Param Sant Kabir, we will work together for the betterment of society,” said Ram Saran.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of a shawl and memento to MLA Mohan Lal by the Sabha President and other members. The Sabha reaffirmed its commitment to promoting education, equality, and development in the community.
