DODA, Dec 1: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Harvinder Singh on Sunday conducted an extensive visit to various examination centers across the district to oversee the OMR based examination for the recruitment of Constables (Home Department) conducted by Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB). A total of 44 examination centers were established in District Doda to accommodate the 9,146 candidates expected to appear for the exam. The DC inspected multiple examination centers, including Boys Higher Secondary School Doda, Alfa Institute of Education & Research Doda, Modern Computer Doda, Makeshift Campus GMC Doda, Shaheen Public School Doda, Green Model Higher Secondary School Doda, Government Degree College Doda, and others. During the inspections, the DC interacted with Duty Magistrates, Observers and examination staff. He stressed the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and fairness in the examination process. Special focus was laid on security measures, seating arrangements, and the availability of essential facilities to ensure a smooth and conducive environment for the candidates. In addition to the on-ground inspections, a dedicated control room was set up to monitor CCTV surveillance installed at various examination centers. The DC Doda reviewed the real-time CCTV footage to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of the examination process.
