| RRC of GDC RS Pura commemorates World AIDS Day | | |

RS PURA, Dec 3: The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) of Government Degree College (GDC) R.S. Pura marked World AIDS Day 2024 with a poster-making competition under the theme 'Take the Right Paths'. The event was held under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Preetpal Kour, Principal of the college.
This year's World AIDS Day focused on empowering communities and supporting their leadership roles in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Students enthusiastically participated in the poster-making activity, showcasing their creativity in promoting the theme.
Following the competition, a human chain was formed by the students to highlight the significance of the day. In her address, Principal Prof. (Dr.) Preetpal Kour emphasized the college volunteers' active role in spreading awareness about the anti-AIDS campaign.
