| J&K Sub Junior Taekwondo team shines at National Championships | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 3: The J&K Sub Junior Taekwondo Team made the Union Territory proud by winning four bronze medals at the 38th National Sub Junior Kyorugi Taekwondo Championships and 13th National Sub Junior Poomsae Taekwondo Championships, held from November 29 to December 1, 2024, at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Panchkula, Haryana.
The medalists are:
Arman Ali: Bronze in Sub Junior Boys Under 50Kg
Ayesha Binti Aamir: Bronze in Sub Junior Girls Under 47Kg
Sukriti Sharma: Bronze in Sub Junior Girls Over 47Kg
Palak Samotra: Bronze in Sub Junior Girls Under 38Kg
Rajesh Pangotra, President of J&K Taekwondo Association, and Ramesh Chander Sharma, General Secretary, congratulated the team and expressed gratitude to Nuzhat Gul, Secretary of J&K Sports Council, for her unwavering support. The association plans to felicitate the medalists and remains committed to nurturing young talent for national and international success. |
