Early Times Report MAJALTA, Dec 4: In observance of World AIDS Day, the Red Ribbon Club of Government Degree College (GDC) Majalta, in collaboration with the Health Department of Jammu and Kashmir, organized an awareness rally to promote HIV/AIDS education and prevention. Sixty enthusiastic students from GDC Majalta participated, marching through the town with banners and placards carrying messages on HIV prevention, treatment, and the need to eliminate stigma and discrimination.
