Jammu, Dec 5 : A pipping ceremony was held today at the Traffic Police Headquarters in Jammu to mark the promotion of Mrs. Vimla Raina to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (S). The ceremony was officiated by Shri M. Suleman Choudhary, IPS, IGP Traffic J&K.
Girdhari Lal Sharma, SSP Traffic Rural Jammu, Shri Sunil Sawhney, DySP, Private Secretary to IGP Traffic J&K, and Mr. Rakesh Raina, PA to IGP Traffic J&K, were also present during the event.
IGP Choudhary congratulated Mrs. Raina and her family, highlighting the significance of the promotion and the increased responsibilities that come with the new role. He encouraged the newly promoted officer to continue her dedicated service and contribute with enthusiasm to the force. |
