| Krishan Lal Shines at 24th Mr. J&K Bodybuilding Championship | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 8: Krishan Lal emerged as the winner of the prestigious Champion of Champion trophy at the 24th Mr. Jammu and Kashmir Championship, organized by the Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council. The event concluded successfully at Tagore Hall, Srinagar, on Sunday.
The championship witnessed the participation of around 100 bodybuilders from across the Union Territory, competing in various categories. It provided an excellent platform for showcasing talent, promoting teamwork, and fostering sportsmanship among participants.
The event was inaugurated by Arun Sharma, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and lit the traditional lamp to mark the beginning of the championship. Other dignitaries present included Rajesh Dutta, President of BBAJK; Vinay Sharma, Vice President of BBAJK; Sanjay Bali; Feroz Shah, General Secretary of the Kashmir Body Building Association; Fayaz; and Sajjad.
In his inaugural address, Arun Sharma commended the organizers for their efforts in promoting bodybuilding as a sport in Jammu and Kashmir. He also praised the participants for their dedication and perseverance.
The championship concluded with an inspiring showcase of talent and determination, reaffirming the growing popularity of bodybuilding in the region. Krishan Lal’s victory was celebrated as a highlight of the event, further motivating young athletes in Jammu and Kashmir. |
